Commonly Asked Questions
Q: How much do you charge to design something?
A: That actually depends on how long it takes and what I am designing. Creating a one page website or a simple logo is a far different task than creating a 20 page website or branding an entire company.
Q: How do you charge when working on a project?
A: I usually work and charge by the hour. I give you an estimate ahead of time on how long a project will take and will work to stay within the confines of your budget.
Q: What hours do you normally work?
A: Like most people that can vary on a variety of factors such as work schedule and daily life activities. Though every attempt will be made to keep to the desired project deadline.
Q: How do we schedule payment for your design work?
A: Generally I require a deposit before starting a job and then the rest when the job is completed. I send a form for you to sign with our agreement then we begin. Feel free to contact me with any further questions.
Things To Keep In Mind
• Have an idea about what you want from your project. Don't be afraid to give examples from other websites or products to help give me an idea on the direction you are going.
• Be sure to have an idea of when you want your project to be completed. We can go over a time-line of when you need certain deadlines met.
• Communicate anything you do like or don't like as early as possible. If there is a color or style you do not like, be sure to tell me. Everyone has different taste. What one person will love, another will dislike. That is ok, that is what will make your project unique!
